About The Interviews

Each Salon series features a number of leading thinkers taking part in extended interviews. The interviews are released to paying subscribers and Founders a few weeks before a live online dialogue for a global audience. This is to give participants time to prepare questions they might like to ask.

Paul Barnett, Founder of the Enlightened Enterprise Academy, selects and interviews each experts in a sequence designed to curate a whole series in a way that flows.

At the end of the series the interviews, the insights from the dialogues, and other material will be collated and edited to for a book with the same name as the series. The book will then be launched to coincide with a conference designed to pull all the strands together, with the experts reflecting on each others contributions.
